To the left of the War Memorial is

    another memorial, erected in 1904

    In Memory of

    Nurse Stephenson

    who died July 23rd 1903

    She lived for Others

I think this was Mary Ann Stephenson

who was a district nurse living in

Victoria Row, Sabden in 1901. She died

aged 29.

On the wall of the school building are 2 further memorial stones

In Memory of JOAN SCOTT

Died 10th January 1999

Aged 45 years

Teacher at our school for 14 years

MATTHEW LODGE

14.6.1993 - 11.5.1999

Pupil at our school

His life is not counted by

The years that he lived

But by the joy that he gave

And the things that he did
